Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in unused, sellable condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
